- Nigerian Resident: You must be based in Nigeria (Abuja preferred)
- Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written English — confidence in client-facing settings
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented : You set your own targets and hold yourself accountable
- Smartphone & Internet Access : Ability to use our CRM and communicate digitally with clients and team
- Integrity & Professionalism : You represent the Affluent Homes brand — our standards are non-negotiable
- Real Estate Experience : We train all skill levels — a willingness to learn is all you need
